Jeff Hempker
President
Jeff Hempker has 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial and retail industries. He has worked directly with many of the leading software solution providers, financial institutions and retailers to solve check scanning, cash handling and other related challenges. He has also been actively involved in many of the industry organizations such as AFT, BAI, NACHA, and ECCHO.

Jack Malinowski
CTO
As a co-creator of the first generation of the CashWare solution, Jack is a powerhouse in the cash automation industry with expertise in providing solutions for retail, public sector and branch banking environments. His thirty years in leadership at Benchmark Technology Group along with his commitment to adaptation and innovation bring incredible value to Avivatech. ​

Rian Maloney
VP of Software Development
With deep expertise in payment technology and more than 35 years combined in the financial and retail technology industries, Rian leads our software engineering team and oversees the development of our industry-leading banking and retail solutions. Prior to joining Avivatech LLC, Rian spent nearly a decade at Digital Check Corp., where he was responsible for the architecture and design of check and vault solutions as Vice President of Software. Rian also held executive management positions at Metavante, VECTORsgi, Argo Data, and SEI, as well as numerous software technology roles with IBM and M&I Data Services. He founded Enternet Systems, LLC, a Payments Software Technology company, and holds over 10 patents in payment processing, imaging and teller solutions industries.

VP of Sales
Tom has more than 30 years’ experience in the banking and fintech industries. He has held numerous senior leadership positions in business development and strategic sales. Tom has been instrumental in bringing cash and check automation solutions to the retail segment and other markets.

Joe has more than 25 years’ experience in product development. He has held leadership roles within the software product development life cycle in the retail, payments, hospitality and banking industries. Joe and his team are responsible for building and overseeing all go-to-market solutions.
